The first ELITE ONLY group session for 2017 is March 22 - 24 at the beautiful mountainside retreat of The St. Regis Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Arrive in time for our kick-off reception on the 22nd and plan on two days of content, discussion, ideation, and implementation breakthroughs.

Event Structure:

• Arrive on Wednesday, March 22nd.
• Cocktails & hors d'oeuvres from 5:30PM - 7:00PM with Todd & Deb.
• Thursday, March 23rd session is from 8:00AM - 4:00PM.
• We have a special group evening planned for you and your guest on Thursday which includes dinner and some winter fun!
• Friday, March 24th concluding session is from 8:30AM - 1:00PM
• If you don't have to leave Friday afternoon, enjoy the resort; relax, ski, snowboard, have fun!

Achieving Leadership Excellence 2017 will be held at the Four Seasons Resort in Punta Mita, Mexico July 9 - 14th for a week of learning, sharing and building relationships with other industry leaders during our Achieving Leadership Excellence Summit. There will be a special ELITE session preceding the Summit on Saturday, July 8th.

All ELITE members will have scheduled coaching calls with Todd Duncan six (6) times throughout the year. These calls are strategic with 8-week implementation time frames in mind, and are tracked for the year. Additionally, there is "on-demand" access to Todd via his cell for situations that arise where input and coaching is needed throughout the year. 6 ELITE Strategy Calls

There will be an additional six ELITE Strategy Calls scheduled throughout the year. These webinars will be centered solely on Masterminding, creating breakthroughs to optimize business growth and accelerate achievement. Todd will facilitate the calls. 3 ELITE Mastermind Groups and 12 Webcasts

The 2017 group will be broken into three mastermind groups: Loan Officers, Producing Managers, and Executives. These groups will meet once a month on a webcast and the leader(s) will be rotated monthly. The purpose of the group is to apply creative energy and provide solutions to any area the group members have a need.

Any ELITE member may attend any conference call even though it is not your primary group.
